well if you look closer, it's a bit blurred, and I also would like to work on the contrast a bit

Well its maybe slightly blurred. But that works for it. The DOF is really good. His right eye and lips are pretty sharp and it gets softer as you go back through the field. And the whole image is soft. That great. And since the right side of his face is already a little blown out, the more contrast might ruin it. I guess what Im saying is I think you nailed it, just the way it is. Its perfect.
